- Passion for product (footwear, apparel, gear)
- Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
- Brand awareness and understanding of e-commerce signals
- Autonomous and structured work approach
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills
- Pragmatic and outcome-focused approach
- Experience as Buyer or Merchandiser, ideally with brand/retail/ecommerce exposure
- Affinity with outdoor, sport or lifestyle sector
- Strong command of retail math (margin, planning, promotions, forecasting)
- Experience building buying budgets and seasonal selections
- Comfort with ecommerce dynamics
- Fluency in English
Tasks
- Define and own the buying strategy for eCommerce
- Build seasonal buying budgets and assortment strategies
- Make informed buying decisions for Footwear, Youth, Accessories, and Equipment
- Anticipate and recommend product performance to Product Merchandising
- Monitor sales, sell-through, and margin indicators
- Run projections and scenario analyses for pricing and liquidation
- Manage promotional operations to meet commercial goals
- Collaborate with Web Merchandising to present selections effectively
- Provide product expertise for landing pages and seasonal activations
- Serve as the product reference for assigned categories
- Share ecomm performance insights with Product Merchandising
- Influence future range decisions based on performance data
- Enhance the standard of online merchandising across European ecomm
