- •Strong knowledge of technical and IT aspects of software solutions
- •Empathy and active listening skills
- •Proven ability to deliver sales and reach revenue targets
- •Relevant experience in L&H insurance industry

- •Own the sales process from analysis to closing deals
- •Analyze client requirements to tailor solutions
- •Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- •Negotiate and finalize license agreements
- •Collaborate with Client markets, Underwriters, Claims, Marketing, and Product Development teams
- •Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs
- •Showcase the solution's value proposition aligned with client needs
- •Achieve individual fee and reinsurance-based financial targets
- •Monitor market trends and competitor activities for business opportunities
- •Maintain knowledge of Swiss Re's L&H solutions
- •Provide feedback for future development roadmaps
- •Report regularly on sales forecasts and activities
- •Record all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
