Requirements

  • •Qualified actuary, finance professional, or comparable
  • •10+ years experience in transactions or risk
  • •Excellent ability to interpret actuarial models
  • •Expertise in cash flow modeling
  • •Strong understanding of financial instruments
  • •Strong knowledge of risk-based capital frameworks
  • •Experience structuring complex L&H transactions
  • •Strong transaction management skills
  • •Knowledge of EMEA markets and regulations
  • •Experience in C-suite dialogue
  • •Advanced negotiation and influence skills
  • •Excellent English communication skills
  • •German or French language skills preferred
