Requirements

  • •University degree in Finance, IT, or comparable
  • •Experience as Business Analyst in banking
  • •Mandatory hands-on Avaloq tax experience
  • •Deep understanding of German taxation
  • •Ability to create functional specifications
  • •Strong analytical mindset
  • •Technical confidence and SQL skills
  • •Strong stakeholder management and communication
  • •Mandatory fluent German
  • •Experience with international tax regimes
  • •Knowledge of securities and investment products
  • •Experience defining target business architectures
  • •Avaloq certification or proven track record

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Lead requirement engineering for German tax topics
  • •Perform functional analysis within the Avaloq platform
  • •Translate regulatory requirements into scalable specifications
  • •Manage Avaloq Tax Engine business concepts
  • •Oversee tax reporting and data flows
  • •Handle capital gains and loss pot domains
  • •Manage onshore, offshore, and MiKaDiv reporting
  • •Process KESt Anmeldung, NEK, and related filings
  • •Define business architecture for new implementations
  • •Design target-state solutions for tax modules
  • •Support testing and validation of tax solutions
  • •Coach and mentor junior Business Analysts
  • •Contribute to consulting and pre-sales activities
