Description

In this role, you will play a vital part in analyzing financial processes and collaborating with stakeholders to refine business requirements. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing functional specifications, ensuring compliance, and supporting testing efforts.

Requirements

• •5 years of experience in business analysis, requirement engineering, or related field
• •At least 4 years focused on Treasury or financial services
• •Experience with Treasury implementations or similar large-scale Treasury projects
• •Enjoyment of close interaction with multiple teams and stakeholders
• •Good presentation and communication skills
• •Fast learner and understanding of business context and legacy
• •Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders
• •Requirement Engineer certification or corresponding qualification
• •Fluency in English (verbal/written), German skills highly desirable
• •Communication, problem solving, social interaction, empathy, and relationship management
• •Negotiation skills with different stakeholder groups

Tasks

• •Analyze FX Sell down, Capital & Liquidity Planning, and Trading Harmonisation
• •Identify gaps and inconsistencies in business requirements
• •Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and finalize requirements
• •Develop detailed functional specifications, including data models and workflows
• •Ensure architectural compliance with governance and minimal standards
• •Support the test process by defining test cases and supervising execution
• •Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
