Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology, Computer Engineering/Science or equivalent
- Structured, focused, well-organized work ethic
- Solution-oriented and open-minded
- Expertise with MES Syncade or DeltaV
- Familiarity with GMP systems (LIMS, SAP, MODA, etc.)
- Risk recognition in security, compliance/GMP
- Discussion and rectification of risks
- Teamwork and good collaboration skills
- Good understanding of IT/process control systems
- Recognition of operational optimization potential
- Business proficient English
Tasks
- Implement standardized recipe lifecycle for routine manufacturing
- Develop recipes for new production introduction
- Co-author cGMP-compliant documentation with Bioprocess Engineer, Plant Lead, QA, and MSAT
- Monitor and change processes under change control
- Participate in risk and process deviation analyses
- Build and modify shared recipe objects
- Define EC Modules in MES / DeltaV systems
- Improve procedures and processes for safety, hygiene, environmental, and quality requirements

- approx. 4 - 6 years
