Requirements

  • Erfahrung in Verfahrenstechnik, Produktion oder Erstellung von DeltaV und MES Rezepten
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung zum MES/DeltaV Spezialisten
  • Stärke in der Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellen und Teammitgliedern
  • Planungs- und Organisationstalent sowie lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Deutschkenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch

Tasks

  • Automatisierte Produktionsabläufe erstellen, testen und optimieren
  • Eng mit dem Anlageteam während der Planung und Produktion zusammenarbeiten
  • Rezepturen im DeltaV und MES erstellen und anpassen
  • An Risiko- und Prozessabweichungsanalysen teilnehmen
  • Die cGMP-gerechte Dokumentation mit anderen Abteilungen sicherstellen
  • Abläufe unter Einhaltung der Sicherheits- und Qualitätsvorgaben verbessern
  • Sicherheits- sowie Compliance-Risiken erkennen und beheben
