Tasks
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of ≈300 rental contracts
- Lead capex recovery and exit terms
- Serve as primary commercial counterpart for Limehome
- Resolve conflicts and manage formal disputes with property owners
- Protect portfolio stability and profitability
- Oversee invoicing, utility billing, guarantees, and business registrations
- Identify and reduce manual workflows
- Maintain real-time contract and registration database
- Handle licensing, registration, and permit renewals
- Develop and implement robust processes across countries
- Mentor junior asset managers
- Set quality and accuracy standards
- Build a function supporting portfolio growth
- Align stakeholders across departments
- Ensure seamless portfolio management
- Maintain consistent owner experience
