Requirements

• •Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related STEM field
• •4+ years of hands-on experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, AI Engineer, or similar role
• •Proven experience in building or integrating agentic AI systems
• •Expert-level Python skills and fluency with key ML/AI libraries
• •Hands-on experience fine-tuning, deploying, and monitoring LLMs in production environments
• •Practical experience building and managing scalable, data-driven microservices and pipelines
• •Strong grounding in software engineering best practices and clean, maintainable code
• •Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), CI/CD workflows, and containerized environments
• •Proactive mindset with initiative to drive ideas from concept to production
• •Effective mentorship skills and ability to provide constructive feedback
• •Structured, analytical approach to problem-solving
• •Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with professional fluency in English
• •Valid work permit

Tasks

• •Develop state-of-the-art agentic systems
