Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics
- Several years of experience in customer acquisition, sales, or commercial roles
- Proven track record in managing multi-channel acquisition strategies
- Strong understanding of Swiss market and competitive landscape
- Experience with retail, indirect channels, and digital sales
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- German and/or French language skills
Tasks
- Define and execute end-to-end acquisition strategy
- Own and evolve acquisition roadmap
- Align strategy with cross-sell initiatives
- Drive net customer growth across segments
- Ensure strong alignment across sales channels
- Track and optimize key KPIs
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and CRM teams
- Design targeted acquisition campaigns
- Execute consistent campaign positioning
- Optimize acquisition journey using data insights
- Ensure compliance with processes, brand, and regulations
Work Experience
- approx. 4 - 6 years
Education
- Bachelor's degree
Languages
- English – Fluent
