Requirements
- Scientific degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of industry sales experience
- Track record of meeting sales targets
- Relationships with biopharmaceutical process teams
- Technical knowledge of bioprocessing workflows
- Ability to provide value-based solutions
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience with CRM and Microsoft Office
- Independence and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in German and English
- Valid driver’s license and travel willingness
- Consultative selling and negotiation skills

Tasks
- Drive revenue growth across the Bioproduction portfolio
- Manage strategic relationships with industrial biopharmaceutical customers
- Influence the adoption of cell culture and chromatography solutions
- Navigate complex sales cycles with diverse organizational stakeholders
- Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with technical specialists to support customer trials
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and competitive intelligence
- Analyze market trends and territory performance for strategic planning
