Requirements
- Experience closing complex B2B deals, operating without playbook
- Strong judgment in long sales cycles, cross-functional comfort
- Experience selling technical products to tech executives, ML teams
- Ability to discuss model capabilities, inference, integration tradeoffs
- Proven success managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles, closing landmark deals
- Strong negotiation skills (pricing, licensing, commercial terms)
- Track record building/scaling pipelines
- Comfort shaping process/structure in early-stage environments
Tasks
- Manage sales cycle from discovery to expansion
- Lead multi-stakeholder deals with technical and legal teams
- Develop sales motions for APIs, on-prem, custom licensing
- Implement sales motions for APIs, on-prem, custom licensing
- Cultivate customer relationships for retention and expansion
- Partner with solutions engineering on bespoke deals
- Collaborate with product, research, and legal teams
- Translate customer and market signals to product
- Define early commercial processes and playbooks
- Establish qualification frameworks
