- Strong relationship management skills
- Strong partner management skills
- Affinity with structured sales methodologies
- Knowledge of MEDDPICC or similar
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Driven and proactive attitude
- Strong sense of ownership
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Fluent German (spoken and written)
Tasks
- Work strategically with the German market
- Own and manage the full sales cycle
- Act as the first point of contact for partners
- Ensure strong partner engagement and enablement
- Drive deal progression with partners
- Build and maintain pipeline creation processes
- Shape the go-to-market strategy for Germany
- Apply solution selling principles
- Identify customer pain points
- Sell the value of minimizing risk
- Articulate the value of Eye's solutions
- Recognize market growth opportunities
- Serve as a primary link across the organization
- Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams
- Represent Eye at industry events
