Description

In this role, you will design and manage secure HashiCorp Vault infrastructures while collaborating with engineering teams to integrate tools and ensure compliance. Your daily responsibilities will include troubleshooting complex issues, maintaining documentation, and driving improvements in system reliability and performance.

Requirements

• •Hands-on experience with secrets management solutions, preferably HashiCorp Vault
• •Practical understanding of key IT security domains
• •Experience with Delinea Secret Server
• •Experience with Secure Web Gateway technologies (e.g., Zscaler)
• •Experience with application delivery controllers (e.g., Citrix ADC / NetScaler)
• •Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
• •Experience with Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) frameworks
• •Minimum of 2–3 years in 2nd and 3rd line engineering or operations roles
• •Strong system administration skills across Linux and Windows platforms
• •Experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Git)
• •Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• •Exposure to Kubernetes and containerized environments
• •Solid grasp of core cybersecurity principles
• •Relevant academic background (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipline)
• •Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH
• •HashiCorp Certified Vault Associate (or higher) is desirable but not mandatory

Tasks

• •Design and implement HashiCorp Vault infrastructure
• •Plan, deploy, and manage HashiCorp Vault clusters
• •Integrate HashiCorp tools with CI/CD pipelines
• •Collaborate with development teams on integrations
• •Partner with global engineering and security teams
• •Ensure high availability and compliance of Vault infrastructures
• •Analyze business and security requirements
• •Assess technical feasibility and risk implications
• •Contribute to secure and scalable architecture development
• •Develop operational concepts and standardized processes
• •Maintain up-to-date technical documentation
• •Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• •Provide 2nd and 3rd level engineering support
• •Participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents
• •Drive continuous service improvement for system reliability
• •Enhance security posture and performance
• •Focus on increasing operational efficiency and reducing manual effort
