- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level engineering support
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents
- Enhance system reliability and security posture
- Drive continuous service improvement and automation
