- •University degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field
- •Advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus
- •At least 10 years of professional experience in securitisation in a German bank
- •Minimum 7-10 years of experience in securitisation or structured finance
- •Deep knowledge of retail banking products and capital regulation
- •Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- •Proficiency in structuring complex transactions and understanding regulatory requirements
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills
- •Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business guidance for senior management
- •High level of initiative, independence, and adaptability
- •Ability to deliver high-quality results under time pressure and changing parameters
- •Ability to work effectively in a global team
- •Strong capability to motivate and encourage colleagues and to resolve conflicts
- •Excellent oral and written communication skills in both German and English

- •Serve as the subject matter expert for capital transactions involving Private Bank products
- •Conduct in-depth analysis of asset portfolios, credit risk, and market conditions
- •Lead the structuring and execution of securitisation transactions
- •Manage ongoing securitisation transactions and cash risk transfer deals
- •Develop and implement the securitisation plan with lifecycle management
- •Collaborate with credit modelling and treasury teams to identify market opportunities
- •Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks for securitisation transactions
- •Monitor portfolio performance and manage reporting obligations
- •Address issues during the transaction lifecycle with product management teams
- •Coordinate internal approval processes with risk and support areas
- •Provide training on securitisation best practices and regulatory changes
