Requirements

  • •Fluency in German and English speaking and writing
  • •Substantial experience in active distribution of assets
  • •Track record in syndicating loans
  • •Operational knowledge of primary & secondary market investors landscape
  • •Team player with excellent organization skills
  • •Excellent client relationship skills

Work Experience

approx. 4 - 6 years

Tasks

  • •Syndicate and underwrite loans for financial institutions and corporates
  • •Focus on the German Lending market, including German LBO mid-market
  • •Reinforce the originate-to-distribute model
  • •Source secondary market assets for the bank's portfolio
  • •Maintain constant market contact with other banks
  • •Utilize hedging and de-risking techniques to provide liquidity
  • •Eliminate or mitigate cross-border obligor risks
  • •Support reporting duties for Compliance, AFC, CRM, RPM, and Trade & Syndications
  • •Interact closely with internal teams such as Lending and Credit Solutions
  • •Engage with external investors including banks, funds, brokers, and insurance companies
  • •Act as the primary contact for insurance companies and brokers
