Requirements
- Higher education at least Master's level in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, or Process Engineering, or closely related field
- Proven experience in process engineering/modeling within chemical or pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated passion for new technologies and data-based insights
- Strong conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Technical expertise in change management
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in German is a plus

- Manufacture Drug Substance and Drug Product for clinical studies
- Lead a team of data scientists, process modelers, and automation engineers
- Leverage advanced data analytics and mechanical modeling
- Implement real-time monitoring to enhance process development
- Cultivate a high-performing team environment
- Foster strong team spirit and motivation
- Accelerate the impact of mechanical modeling across projects
- Build relationships with universities and research consortia
- Guide the scaling-up of chemical processes from lab to manufacturing
- Define robust scale-down conditions for laboratory development
- Integrate engineering considerations into process design
- Champion continuous improvement and open collaboration
- Enhance work processes to improve efficiency
- Support laboratory operations and manufacturing campaigns
- Contribute to departmental strategic goals and objectives
- Ensure collaboration across technical development sections
- Provide constructive feedback to team members
