- Organize internal and external resources for project portfolio management
- Coordinate work processes with partners and stakeholders
- Promote collaboration with internal and external clients and partners
- Ensure modern equipment standards and system support in laboratories
- Manage proactive resource planning and capital investments
- Ensure adherence to Roche Policies and standards for Safety, Health, and Environmental Protection
