Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) with strong Agile understanding
  • Proficiency in Scrum methodology, techniques, and Agile practices
  • Familiarity with Scrum tools (ProjectManager, Jira, Nutcache)
  • Knowledge of IT industry policies and procedures
  • Strong facilitation abilities and stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Independent work with high motivation and proactivity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to generate strategic insights and make data-driven decisions

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies
  • Promote Agile principles
  • Coach team members on Scrum practices
  • Collaborate with Product Owners
  • Maintain transparent, prioritized backlog
  • Identify and remove impediments
  • Foster ownership and collaboration
  • Ensure accurate time booking
  • Monitor KPIs and cost performance
  • Prepare and present progress reports
  • Support stakeholder communication
  • Drive continuous improvement

  • 3 - 5 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degree
