Requirements

  • •Scientific university degree (PhD level) in quantitative natural science or medical discipline
  • •10+ years professional experience in pharmaceutical or related industry
  • •Intrinsic passion for transforming healthcare using digital technology
  • •Extensive senior level leadership experience in a large organization
  • •Ability to establish internal and external networks
  • •Recognized as a digital health leader by the community
  • •Extensive experience in design and analysis of complex clinical experiments
  • •Problem solving attitude and structured approach to work
  • •Ability to establish direction and purpose for a team of scientists
  • •Native English or equivalent, excellent writing skills

Tasks

  • •Establish digital science capabilities for the dBM and RPM chapter
  • •Develop a roadmap for novel digital outcome measures
  • •Lead the development of digital outcome measures for clinical trials and care
  • •Drive regulatory and community acceptance of digital endpoints
  • •Grow and mature the digital biomarker science team
  • •Represent Science in the dBM&RPM chapter leadership team
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders in clinical development and data science
  • •Advocate for digital endpoints in the global research community
  • •Communicate results at conferences and in peer-reviewed publications
  • •Drive change internally and externally to enhance Digital Health Technology
