- •Monitor production volumes and raw material consumption
- •Track quality control metrics
- •Update routings and bills of materials
- •Report on schedule accuracy and operational efficiency
- •Balance demand priorities with production sequencing
- •Update schedules promptly when plans change
- •Maintain system parameters for optimal scheduling performance
- •Analyze operational metrics to identify performance trends
