- Collaborate closely with HR business stakeholders
- Support HR Operations & Payroll
- Assist with Hypercare and post-go-live stabilization
- Analyze change requests and new requirements
- Implement change requests and new requirements
- Train end-users and key users
- Define HR interfaces (e.g., TimeTool, DWH, Valora PK, Safely)
- Develop HR interfaces (e.g., TimeTool, DWH, Valora PK, Safely)
- Monitor HR interfaces (e.g., TimeTool, DWH, Valora PK, Safely)
- Troubleshoot HR interfaces
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external partners
- Create HR and payroll-related reports
- Update HR and payroll-related reports
- Ensure SOX-compliant HR IT processes
- Support audit documentation
