Selling SAP solutions for enterprise digital transformation and managing large-scale client relationships. 10+ years enterprise software sales experience, ideally SAP, required. Lead major transformation initiatives, SAP-specific enablement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
- 10+ years enterprise software sales experience, ideally within SAP ecosystems
- Demonstrated success in full sales cycle management for large-scale transformation projects
- Strong understanding of SAP strategy, cloud offerings, implementation models, and industry use cases
- Fluent German and English communication skills, strong negotiation and executive-level presentation skills
- Strategic account planning and territory management
- Enterprise relationship management up to CxO level
- Strong commercial acumen and value-based selling methodology
- Excellent stakeholder management across internal and external networks
- High adaptability and resilience in fast-paced sales environments
Tasks
- Drive strategic revenue growth
- Position cutting-edge SAP solutions
- Support customers’ digital transformation
- Identify new business opportunities
- Manage enterprise-level relationships
- Guide clients through the sales lifecycle
- Develop and execute territory plans
- Accelerate deal closure
- Qualify complex SAP solution opportunities
- Close deals in new and existing accounts
- Engage C-Suite and senior leaders
- Position SAP solutions like RISE, GROW, and SAP Business Data Cloud
- Collaborate with presales and delivery teams
- Work with solution architects and partners
- Shape winning value propositions
- Maintain market trend insights
- Understand competitive landscape
- Stay informed about customer needs
- Represent the company at industry events
- Participate in SAP forums
- Engage with strategic partners
- Ensure accurate forecasting
- Report on sales pipeline
- Adhere to sales governance
- Mentor junior sales contributors
- Support team enablement initiatives
