Tasks
- Lead end-to-end S/4HANA deployment at Oranienburg site
- Ensure site readiness, compliance, and stable operations
- Maintain uninterrupted supply during transformation
- Act as single point of accountability for site Takami deployment
- Align site teams with global standards
- Safeguard operational performance
- Orchestrate site sprints, testing, cutover, and hypercare
- Drive readiness across processes, data, systems, compliance, and people
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure business continuity
- Lead change management efforts
- Lead communication efforts
- Lead training efforts
- Partner with Site Leadership
- Partner with OpU
- Partner with GSQ
- Partner with DD&T
- Partner with Global Process Experts
- Govern site deployment
- Represent site needs in global forums
- Lead gap analysis
- Lead integration topics (MES, LIMS, maintenance systems)
- Secure SMEs for design, testing, data, and cutover
- Coordinate SMEs for design, testing, data, and cutover
- Ensure master data quality
- Ensure master data readiness for validation
- Ensure master data readiness for migration
- Plan cutover
- Safeguard cutover with contingency measures
- Maintain manufacturing stability during transition
- Maintain quality stability during transition
