- Provide second-level support for SAP-based systems
- Review change requests and assess implementation feasibility
- Design functional solutions and translate them into configurations
- Create programming specifications for custom SAP solutions
- Manage SAP PP/PS customizing for stable system performance
- Integrate PP and PS with MM, SD, and FI/CO modules
- Connect SAP with MES and scheduling systems
- Coordinate system testing and process enhancements
- Maintain functional and technical documentation
- Conduct training sessions for end-users
