Requirements
- Degree in IT, Business, or related field
- Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 architecture
- Extensive experience in ABAP development
- Customization and support of SAP systems
- Familiarity with SAP interfaces and authorizations
- Basic understanding of SAP security (plus)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow (advantageous)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Independent and team-oriented work ability
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- Flexibility and readiness for occasional travel
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Fluent written and spoken German
Tasks
- Serve as the internal technical SAP expert
- Act as the primary contact for system-related topics
- Design and develop SAP technical solutions
- Maintain ABAP developments, enhancements, and interfaces
- Translate business needs into technical concepts
- Perform debugging and performance optimization
- Conduct error analysis in complex system landscapes
- Provide technical expertise for module implementations
- Support specialists with technical change requests
- Coordinate transports, patches, and system upgrades
- Manage technical testing activities
- Ensure stable operations with IT teams and providers
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
- Facilitate knowledge transfer within the organization
Education
- Bachelor's degree
