Requirements
- Minimum 7 years SAP FI/CO experience
- Proven track record in support and project modes
- Good command of SAP BW reporting, BPC planning & consolidation, SAP Concur configuration/integration
- Knowledge of S/4HANA architecture and migration concepts
- Solid understanding of financial accounting processes
- Familiarity with private banking operational flows
- Strong analytical mindset and solution translation
- Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences
- Rigorous, autonomous, structured, task management
- Collaborative team player, service-oriented attitude
- Full proficiency in French and English
- Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
Tasks
- Ensure operational continuity through second and third-level support
- Steer platform evolution with SAP product owner and Finance stakeholders
- Contribute to cross-functional project delivery
- Participate in technological transition to next-generation solutions (S/4HANA)
- Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance and Controlling teams
- Design functional solutions and write specifications
- Contribute to BPC planning model evolution and BW/4, SAP Analytics Cloud reporting developments
- Actively contribute to S/4HANA conversion and new onboarding projects
- Manage end-to-end delivery of change requests and projects
- Configure SAP FI (GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting) and CO modules
- Ensure changes comply with internal change management and audit frameworks
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional and technical support for SAP FI/CO, BW/4 Hana, SAC, BPC, and Concur
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs
- Escalate issues to SAP when required
- Monitor batch jobs, interfaces, and data flows
- Ensure system health and data integrity
- Manage transports, patches, and corrections across the landscape
- Maintain functional and technical documentation up to date
