- •Prepare and present accurate financial statements
- •Maintain accounting records per regulatory standards
- •Identify and mitigate financial risks
- •Report financial risks to senior management
- •Develop robust internal control systems
- •Assess and address internal control weaknesses
- •Implement up-to-date financial policies and procedures
- •Select and maintain financial software applications
- •Integrate financial systems with IT infrastructure
- •Submit statutory and regulatory reports to authorities
- •Support other departments with regulatory reporting
- •Coordinate with external auditors and regulators
- •Advise on decision making and policy development
- •Collaborate with diverse business divisions
- •Lead and coach a professional finance team
- •Set employee objectives and appraise performance
- •Guide team members through collaborative assignments
- •Consult on complex escalated issues
- •Strengthen controls and governance agendas
- •Analyze complex data from multiple sources
- •Communicate sensitive or complex information

- •Complete Swiss Capital and statistical returns
- •Submit returns to FINMA and SNB
- •Interpret and implement Swiss regulatory changes
- •Evaluate new product impacts on capital reporting
- •Coordinate core banking system updates
- •Liaise with SNB to resolve queries
- •Produce annual balance sheets and disclosures
- •Manage auditor queries and marketing coordination
- •Prepare monthly capital forecasts and commentaries
- •Present financial analysis to the Treasury committee
- •Act as secretary for the Treasury committee
- •Prepare annual capital stress tests and plans
- •Collaborate with IT on financial reporting projects
