Requirements
- Completed studies in electrical engineering or comparable field, or technician/master qualification
- Professional experience in OEM sales and drive technology
- Application experience and knowledge of frequency converters and electric motors
- Knowledge in control technology
- Customer and market orientation, closing and assertiveness skills, persuasiveness, negotiation skills, service orientation, self-management
- Very good German and English language skills
- Openness to new media and technologies
- High willingness to travel within sales territory
Tasks
- Sell frequency converters and motors
- Collaborate with the sales team
- Coordinate and plan complex solutions
- Develop customer acquisition strategies
- Acquire and maintain customers
- Present products and solutions competently
- Analyze specifications and tenders
- Prepare and follow up on offers
- Participate in contract awarding
- Observe market trends
- Develop new sales strategies
- Participate in trade fairs and customer events
- Support marketing activities
- Manage budget
- Analyze activity results
