- •Manage customer activities for the assigned portfolio
- •Drive business growth in the region
- •Uncover and develop new business opportunities
- •Deliver customer projects on time
- •Initiate growth projects with existing and new customers
- •Validate customer project briefs according to requirements
- •Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders
- •Enhance customer experience across functions and levels
- •Increase presence and connections with customers and retailers
- •Ensure prompt follow-up on customer surveys
- •Provide technical support in collaboration with the Technical Service team
- •Present new ideas and concepts to customers
- •Accelerate sales of newly launched products
- •Identify new growth opportunities and emerging trends
- •Develop and execute account plans to increase sales share
- •Communicate account plans with stakeholders
- •Implement competitive pricing strategies
- •Negotiate annual contracts on prices and terms
- •Foster effective relationships with internal functions
- •Utilize internal support for project development and planning
