- Drive spirits portfolio growth across Vaud
- Lead partnerships across On-Trade and Off-Trade channels
- Manage distribution and market visibility
- Negotiate and execute commercial agreements
- Build and support strong customer relationships
- Lead regular business reviews with partners
- Identify needs and implement growth plans
- Align priorities with customers and internal teams
- Adapt communication styles to different partners
- Execute distribution strategies to meet performance targets
- Maintain accurate territory and customer data
- Track performance and outlet changes
- Prioritize actions based on data insights
- Use digital tools to manage accounts
- Track activity and support market execution
- Maintain momentum toward long-term goals
