Tasks
- Conduct CRM analytics for sales performance insights
- Deliver actionable insights into customer interactions
- Generate Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) reports
- Create dashboards to monitor market trends
- Support strategic decision-making through data visualization
- Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities
- Monitor SFE key performance indicators
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain progress
- Optimize CRM tools and IC tracking
- Implement MBOs and Account Plans
- Implement HCP Targeting and Segmentation into CRM
- Perform data quality checks and system adjustments
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability
- Prepare monthly local and international sales reports
- Develop sales performance forecasts and business metrics
- Manage pharmacy requests and registrations
- Review and follow up on order tools
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Maintain ethical standards in all operations
