Closing hotel tech deals and building partner networks across global markets. Proven quota attainment and hotel SaaS sales experience required. Three extra days off annually, plus five weeks bonus vacation after five years.
Requirements
- Proven track record hitting/exceeding quota
- Experience selling hotel technology (PMS, RMS, channel managers, CRS, booking engines, or related SaaS/hospitality products/solutions)
- Skilled guiding prospects through structured trials
- Motivated by targets, KPIs, and commercial achievement
- Excellent objection handling, value articulation, and driving urgency
- Comfortable owning results with high autonomy
- Collaborating with a global team
- Proactive pipeline building
- Outstanding communicator building rapport quickly and confidently
- Experience selling revenue management or pricing software
- Existing network of hotel decision-makers
- Additional languages (French, central European Language or any other)
- Start-up or scale-up experience in fast-moving SaaS environments
Tasks
- Convert hoteliers into long-term customers
- Build a strong network
