Requirements

  • 3+ years B2B SaaS sales success, ideally with complex/enterprise solutions
  • Strong track record in Swiss market, preferably Financial Services
  • Expertise in value-based selling and building business cases
  • Confident use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger, SPIN)
  • Existing professional network in Swiss financial services is a strong advantage
  • Solid understanding of Swiss market regulations and analytics-driven transformation
