Tasks

  • Drive implementation of new sales activities
  • Liaise between Relationship Managers and central Intermediaries
  • Support Market, Group, and Team Heads in achieving goals
  • Implement globally applicable sales standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with Front leadership to set sales priorities and targets
  • Lead monthly sales meetings
  • Develop and execute market-specific sales plans
  • Drive financial growth through market-specific sales plans
  • Ensure effective client engagement with regular check-ins
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Address client challenges
  • Facilitate client reviews and account planning
  • Develop engagement strategies with Front leadership and RMs
  • Leverage data analytics for upselling opportunities
  • Inform sales decisions with data analytics
  • Partner with Product Specialists to support RMs
  • Coach and develop RMs to achieve financial goals
  • Provide training and guidance on new products and solutions
  • Manage ad-hoc sales and client management tasks
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across departments
  • Design and deliver on-the-job sales training programs
  • Engage with the Virtual Sales & Business Development community
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and sales-related discussions
