  • Support Relationship Managers with client demos
  • Deliver high-quality, client-specific proposals
  • Identify digital upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Drive adoption of in-house digital tools
  • Identify enhancements for connectivity and usability
  • Develop digital sales and offering concepts
  • Support strategic projects for senior management
  • Collaborate with Product and IT on integrations
  • Manage PMS connectivity projects as a SME
  • Onboard, test, and troubleshoot digital connections
  • Maintain relationships with PMS and digital partners
  • Evaluate the marketplace for relevant solution providers
  • Deliver training on digital tools and reporting
  • Create digital sales content for all audiences
  • Support direct and indirect distribution strategies
  • Promote adoption through communication and release notes
  • Provide best-practice guidance for digital workflows
