Requirements
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics or related field
- Experience in omnichannel engagement analytics and digital campaigns
- Advantageous experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry
- Proficiency in Power BI and Python for data analysis
- Advanced knowledge of Veeva, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of database structures and data integration
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
Tasks
- Integrate and validate data from CRM and digital platforms
- Analyze customer activities to create unified insights
- Define and standardize KPIs across all digital channels
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure strategic alignment
- Develop and automate omnichannel effectiveness dashboards
- Deliver campaign engagement metrics across brands and regions
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to support tactical decision-making
- Perform root cause analyses for strategic planning
- Maintain data quality and consistency across all sources
- Serve as the senior contact for omnichannel analytics
