Tasks

  • Drive new business acquisition for management system certifications
  • Develop and expand existing accounts
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Conduct proactive prospecting and handle inbound opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Grow wallet share within existing clients
  • Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers
  • Ensure high levels of customer retention
  • Represent SGS at industry events and trade fairs
  • Generate new leads and strengthen market presence
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast tracking in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Sales/Business Development Managers
  • Work closely with operational teams to convert opportunities
  • Deliver value to clients
