Requirements
- Right to work in Switzerland
- Experience in charter sales, business aviation, operations, or revenue analysis
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Good understanding of European business aviation operations
- Experience with Avinode, Leon, or similar systems is an advantage
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Fluent in English
- German is an advantage
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Flexible and solution-oriented personality
Tasks
- Analyse charter requests and profitability
- Support dynamic pricing and charter sales strategies
- Monitor fleet utilisation and empty leg opportunities
- Create commercial and operational performance reports
- Analyse charter margins, trip costs, and revenue opportunities
- Support broker and client relationship management
- Develop reporting tools, KPIs, and sales analysis
- Coordinate commercial decisions with operations and dispatch
- Support digital charter sales and workflow optimisation
