Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' aerospace/defence sales experience
  • Strong track record in government/military programs
  • Proven success in complex B2G/B2B sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation Management, or related
  • MBA preferred
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Experience with OEMs
  • Experience with system integrators
  • Experience with mission equipment suppliers
  • Fluent English
  • Additional languages (French, German, Arabic, Spanish) are a plus
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA and internationally
  • Results-driven

  • Ability to obtain government security clearance

Tasks

  • Identify new business opportunities in government aviation
  • Develop and secure special mission aviation deals
  • Build a pipeline aligned with company strategy
  • Manage relationships with government agencies and defense organizations
  • Engage with law enforcement and industry partners
  • Lead early customer interactions and capture strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams for program transitions
  • Represent Jet Aviation at industry events
  • Interact with key stakeholders
