Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading B2B SaaS sales teams in the DACH market
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise B2B sales cycles (300k/ARR+)
  • Proven track record of developing high performing teams in high growth Data, AI, Cloud or SaaS/Tech companies
  • Focus on methodology-based sales coaching, MEDDPICC, and a challenger mentality
  • Comfortable managing and working with data-enabled pipeline, forecasts, conversion rates, and deal health
  • Strong executive presence with top-tier communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to balance structure and pragmatism in a fast-moving scale-up environment
  • Excellent German (spoken and written) and great English skills
  • Values-Driven Leadership embodying customer centricity, ambition, speed, excellence, unity, and positivity
  • Ensuring GDPR and ISO compliance, including ISO 27001

  • Lead and coach a team of Account Executives
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on trust and continuous improvement
  • Guide the team through complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and visibility on sales pipeline risks and opportunities
  • Hire, onboard, and mentor top talent for professional growth
  • Collaborate with Growth, Partnerships, Solution Engineering, and Customer Engagement
  • Align strategy with day-to-day execution alongside the RVP Central & Eastern Europe
