Requirements
- Experience setting up outbound strategy in new or early-stage market
- Minimum of 1 year experience in SDR-related role
- Superior verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Strong interest in technology and hands-on experience with AI tools for outbound
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high intrinsic motivation and bias to action
Tasks
- Move solid leads through the funnel and arrange meetings with salespeople
- Initiate contact with potential customers through calls and inquiries from the Marketing Team
- Execute AI-assisted outbound sequences for the German market
- Design, test, and execute outreach strategies across cold calls, emails, chat, and social media
- Develop relationships with prospects to uncover needs and qualify interest
- Present product information to customers based on identified needs
- Follow up with potential customers who showed interest but did not convert
- Perform regular follow-up calls or emails to deepen relationships with existing customers
- Meet or exceed SLAs while working through lead lists and updating CRM activity
- Build, test, and scale outreach strategies based on performance insights
