Requirements

  • 0-2 years experience in SDR/BDR, B2B sales, marketing, or prospecting/qualification (internships welcome)
  • Fluent German
  • Professional English level
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Coachable, structured, performance-driven mindset
  • Interest in B2B SaaS and complex multi-stakeholder environments
  • Exposure to MarTech (DXP/CMS, PIM, CDP, marketing automation/CEP)
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Cognism, Lemlist

Tasks

  • Run outbound and inbound prospecting in DACH
  • Generate qualified meetings and Sales Qualified Leads
  • Perform account-based prospecting
  • Build target account lists
  • Map stakeholders within target accounts
  • Perform multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)
  • Qualify opportunities across the product portfolio
  • Conduct structured discovery conversations
  • Document insights clearly in the CRM
  • Collaborate with partners on co-prospection initiatives
  • Coordinate follow-ups for joint campaigns and events
  • Maintain high execution standards
  • Manage activity sequencing
  • Track sales activities
  • Ensure CRM data hygiene
  • Adhere to sales processes
