Sales Development Representative - DACH(m/w/x)
Outbound/inbound prospecting for a European marketing orchestration platform in the DACH market. Fluent German required. Flexible working hours, mentorship from experienced leaders.
Requirements
- 0-2 years experience in SDR/BDR, B2B sales, marketing, or prospecting/qualification (internships welcome)
- Fluent German
- Professional English level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Coachable, structured, performance-driven mindset
- Interest in B2B SaaS and complex multi-stakeholder environments
- Exposure to MarTech (DXP/CMS, PIM, CDP, marketing automation/CEP)
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Cognism, Lemlist
Tasks
- Run outbound and inbound prospecting in DACH
- Generate qualified meetings and Sales Qualified Leads
- Perform account-based prospecting
- Build target account lists
- Map stakeholders within target accounts
- Perform multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)
- Qualify opportunities across the product portfolio
- Conduct structured discovery conversations
- Document insights clearly in the CRM
- Collaborate with partners on co-prospection initiatives
- Coordinate follow-ups for joint campaigns and events
- Maintain high execution standards
- Manage activity sequencing
- Track sales activities
- Ensure CRM data hygiene
- Adhere to sales processes
