Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
- 5+ years performing Systems Safety Assessments in aerospace, defense, or safety-critical industries
- Strong understanding of safety methodologies and deliverables
- Working knowledge of ARP4761 and related safety documentation
- Experience with defense systems and standards (STANAG 4297, MIL-STD-882E) is advantageous
- Hands-on experience with safety analysis tools (RPA, FMEA, FTA)
- Familiarity with Isograph Reliability Workbench software is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and practical solution development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Thrives in fast-paced, technical environments
- Curious and detail-oriented risk identification
- Takes ownership of challenges
- Combines technical depth with practical thinking

Tasks
- Lead and document safety assessments
- Ensure alignment with safety program plans
- Perform Preliminary Hazard Analysis
- Conduct Sub-system Hazard Analysis
- Execute System Hazard Analysis
- Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies
- Support safety requirements verification
- Conduct Reliability Prediction Analysis
- Perform Failure Modes and Effects Analysis
- Execute Fault Tree Analysis
- Collaborate with system engineering teams
- Ensure design compliance with safety standards
- Develop robust safety-driven practices
- Support reliability and certification readiness
- Solve complex engineering challenges
- Integrate safety and performance
