Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
- 5+ years performing Systems Safety Assessments in aerospace, defense, or safety-critical industries
- Strong understanding of safety methodologies and deliverables
- Working knowledge of ARP4761 and related safety documentation
- Experience with defense systems and standards (STANAG 4297, MIL-STD-882E) is advantageous
- Hands-on experience with safety analysis tools (RPA, FMEA, FTA)
- Familiarity with Isograph Reliability Workbench software is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and practical solution development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Thrives in fast-paced, technical environments
- Curious and detail-oriented risk identification
