- In-depth knowledge of banking business
- In-depth knowledge of bank-related processes
- Knowledge of software solutions and upgrades
Tasks
- Lead and manage annual software updates for banking solutions
- Oversee project planning, execution, and successful delivery
- Collaborate with Project Managers on additional initiatives
- Manage stakeholder relationships and provide detailed progress reports
- Ensure seamless communication between teams
- Manage the portfolio of SaaS client projects for banking software
- Coordinate with technical teams and developers
- Ensure project goals are clearly understood and met
- Address technical issues effectively
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of upgrade projects
- Ensure projects are executed on schedule, within scope, and budget
- Proactively identify and manage project risks
- Implement risk mitigation strategies
- Develop detailed project plans within the given framework
- Track project milestones and provide regular status updates
- Support smooth integration and synchronization of multiple projects
