Requirements

  • •Deep knowledge of structured finance solutions

  • •Ability to structure complex deals (+ €75M exposure)
  • •Knowledge of various loan products and credit facilities
  • •Knowledge of specialized lending and structured finance

  • •Ability to negotiate deal terms and close +€5M deals
  • •Knowledge of European lending market and industries’ needs
  • •Regulatory compliance and fraud prevention
  • •15+ years of solid experience in corporate lending
  • •15+ years of solid experience in structured finance
  • •Collaboration skills in an international matrix organisation
  • •Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks
  • •Proficiency in English
  • •Knowledge of French, Polish, German, Italian, Spanish, or other European languages
  • •Strong interpersonal skills
  • •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • •Ability to present complex information clearly

  • •Promote funding and embedded lending solutions across Europe
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and lenders
  • •Provide customized financial solutions to meet client needs
  • •Assess deal feasibility and business cases
  • •Evaluate companies' performance and creditworthiness
  • •Prepare proposals with the credit risk team and other departments
  • •Coordinate applications from submission to closing
  • •Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • •Stay updated on industry and regulatory developments
  • •Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
