Requirements

  • University degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Qualified and experienced Responsible Person (Swissmedic Guideline I-SMI.TI.17d) and advertising (AWV Art. 25)
  • In-depth knowledge of Swiss pharmaceutical legislation (HMG, AMBV, AWV) and GDP/GMP standards
  • Strong decision-making and communication skills
  • Fluent German and English (French is a plus)
  • Trustworthy, independent, accountable, and committed to continuous improvement

Tasks

  • Release or reject imported medicinal products
  • Ensure compliance with GDP, GMP, and Swissmedic requirements
  • Oversee change controls and deviations
  • Advise internal teams on pharmaceutical compliance and safety
  • Release or reject pharmaceutical advertising material
  • Act as subject matter expert in audits and inspections
  • Ensure readiness for ISO and GxP inspections
  • Participate in pharmacovigilance systems
  • Manage safety communications
  • Serve as IMS Process Owner and Coordinator
  • Maintain market release and advertising processes

Work Experience

  • approx. 1 - 4 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

  • French – Basic
