- Solid knowledge of healthcare/medical device industry regulations, standards, trends
- Proven ability to drive market share growth
- Proven ability to develop competitive pricing
- Proven ability to manage product positioning across multiple markets
- Strong financial acumen
- Budgeting and P&L management
- ROI-driven decision-making
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
- German or additional languages (advantage)

- Act as strategic driver of growth

- Define regional vision for blood collection categories
- Design and execute market development strategy for Whole Blood Transfusion line
- Oversee and optimize WBT product portfolio
- Focus on differentiation through BPUs and connectivity solutions
- Identify untapped markets ('white spots')
- Lead therapy development initiatives
- Develop and implement clear positioning
- Develop and implement competitive differentiation
- Develop and implement regional go-to-market strategies
- Analyze market trends
- Provide strategic recommendations through performance reporting
- Coordinate regional priorities
- Ensure successful implementation with local adaptation
