Requirements

  • •Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or similar
  • •Recognized HSE qualification (e.g. NEBOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor)
  • •Minimum 5 years of HSE leadership experience in a multi-site industrial or manufacturing environment
  • •Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills with a hands-on mindset
  • •Business-oriented thinking and passion for safety excellence
  • •Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • •Willingness to travel across Western Europe

  • •Implement and develop the HSE framework for Western Europe
  • •Champion a proactive HSE culture through training and communication
  • •Engage with leadership to promote HSE standards
  • •Coach teams on the shopfloor and identify risks
  • •Promote safe behaviors among employees
  • •Lead investigations of incidents and near misses
  • •Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions
  • •Support country and local HSE managers across over 50 plants
  • •Act as a liaison to Corporate HSE and the global HSE network
